1. Warranty Responsibility

Most products sold at Flix Store come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty. However, the warranty, repair, and replacement are the sole responsibility of the original manufacturer (e.g., Samsung, Apple, etc.).

Example: If you purchase a Samsung device from our store and it has a manufacturing defect, the return or repair will follow Samsung's warranty policy — not Flix Store’s.
We will assist you by coordinating with the manufacturer, but we do not handle the repair or make final decisions.

2. How Returns Work

All returns must be handled in-store. We do not accept product returns through the website. If the return is requested through the website, delivery/shipping fees will apply.

3. No Refund Policy

Flix Store does not offer any cash or credit card refunds under any circumstances. If your item qualifies, you may receive an exchange or repair only — based on the manufacturer's warranty.

1. مسؤولية الضمان

معظم المنتجات التي نعرضها تشمل ضمان من الشركة المصنعة لمدة سنة، ولكن مسؤولية الضمان والصيانة والاستبدال تقع على الشركة المصنعة الأصلية (مثل سامسونج، آبل، وغيرها).

مثال: عند شراء جهاز سامسونج من متجرنا وظهور خلل مصنعي، فإن الإرجاع أو التصليح يتم وفق سياسة الضمان الخاصة بشركة سامسونج وليس Flix Store.
نحن نقوم بدور الوسيط لتسهيل العملية فقط، ولسنا الجهة التي تقرر أو تنفذ الصيانة.

2. آلية الإرجاع

الإرجاع يتم فقط من خلال زيارة المحل. لا نقبل أي عملية إرجاع عن طريق الموقع الإلكتروني. وإذا تم طلب الإرجاع من خلال الموقع، فسيتم احتساب رسوم توصيل.

3. لا يوجد استرجاع مالي

نؤكد أنه لا نوفر أي نوع من الاسترجاع المالي (سواء نقدًا أو عبر البطاقة). إذا كان المنتج مؤهلاً، يتم الاستبدال أو الإصلاح حسب سياسة ضمان الشركة المصنعة.
